Privacy policy

This policy covers KiraIncome for Android and the Antwills Creations website. Antwills Creations is the independent Malaysian studio developing KiraIncome. It explains the current app's handling of information and how to contact us about privacy.

Records and preferences on your device

KiraIncome stores your jobs, income, expenses, sales, parcel rates and planner notes in the app's private storage on your phone. It also saves preferences such as language, appearance, currency settings and your reset PIN. These records provide the app's totals, statistics, planner and reports. The current app does not require an Antwills account or sync your records to an Antwills server.

The reset PIN protects the Reset App action. It is not an app login or encryption feature. Protect access to your phone with its screen lock and keep exported files somewhere secure.

Backups, reports and sharing

CSV backups and PDF reports are created on your device. You decide whether to save or share them and select the destination. A destination such as cloud storage, email or messaging handles the file under that provider's own terms. These files can contain your business records.

Android's backup and device-transfer features may also copy app data, depending on your phone's settings and backup provider. KiraIncome's CSV export is a separate, manual backup. Restoring a CSV replaces the records currently held in the app after confirmation.

Photos you select

You can choose a photo for a cash-register item through Android's file picker. The app uses access to that selected file to display it; it does not upload it to an Antwills photo service. A CSV backup stores the photo reference, not the photo itself, so you may need to select custom photos again after changing phones.

Planner reminders and notifications

If you enable a reminder, its note and selected time are stored on your device and used to schedule a local Android notification. Notification permission is requested when needed. Android may offer separate permission for precise timing. You can change or remove a reminder in Planner, and manage notification permissions in Android settings.

Reminder text may be visible in notifications according to your phone's notification and lock-screen settings. Delivery depends on the device being on and on Android's permissions and power settings.

Online services

Currency conversion can request a rate from Frankfurter using a currency code. The Malaysian public-holiday calendar requests a year and country from Nager.Date. Your sales, amounts, jobs and planner notes are not included in those requests. Like other internet services, these providers receive normal connection information, such as your IP address.

Our website's hosting provider processes connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. Antwills Creations has not added advertising or visitor-analytics scripts to this website. If you contact support, we use the information you choose to send to respond and investigate your request.

Advertising and Google AdMob

The current KiraIncome build does not contain an advertising SDK. We are preparing for a future ad-supported release using Google AdMob. Preparing this developer website does not activate advertising in your app.

Before an ad-supported release, we will update this policy to describe the SDK's actual data collection and sharing, and provide the privacy choices required for that release. Keeping and deleting information

Records stay on your device until you remove them. You can delete individual records or use the app's year-deletion and Reset App controls. Android's Clear storage or uninstall action can remove locally stored app data. Keep a backup first if you need those records later.

Deleting app data does not delete files already exported to another folder, person or service. Delete those copies separately, and manage any Android or cloud backups with the relevant provider. Antwills does not have a server copy from which to recover deleted business records.

For support correspondence, we keep information for as long as needed to deal with the request and any applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you sent to support.

Children and changes to this policy

KiraIncome is a work and business-record app intended for adults, not a service directed at children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Antwills Creations, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
